2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and specifications accurately. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation message does not signify our acceptance of your order; it merely acknowledges that we have received it. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, online bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where available). All card payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ToolMart does not store your full card details on its servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and may vary by location and product weight.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier handling, weather, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (such as consumables, clearance items, and special orders) may be non-returnable.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty

Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
